About Me
My husband Terry and I
Why KISSSY?
I have 6 children. My oldest Yazmin (15), triplets Sabella, Keon and Sammy (11), my youngest Ian (9), and my step-daughter Savannah (14). Keon came up with the idea to make a word using the first letter of each of their names. He came up with KISSSY. They all love it because no one is left out. Oh, I almost left out our dog. She's a min-pin and her name is Khloe. Never realized it went with the kids theme.

I was supposed to graduate the year 2000 but dropped out my last semester. I got married in 2004 and moved to Texas for a few years. I lived in Odessa and then Fort Worth. He worked out of state 90% of the time and so I decided to move (with my kids) back to AZ in 2010. We divorced in 2013. I am now with someone who supports me and does everything with me. Along with having someone so perfect by my side, I gained another daughter. Who I love as I do my own children. My children currently live in Texas with their father. we have joint custody but they live with him. Giving them over to him, was the hardest thing I've had to do in my life. But I know I was in no place to provide them anything, being a stay at home mom for 11 years and a dropout. After learning to live with my depression and my current husband encouraging me everyday and being my rock, I went for my GED December of 2016. Once I accomplished that, I decided to go to College. My plan is to get a degree in Songraphy. I will fulfill my pre-requisites at Glendale Community College then transfer to Gateway Community College for their program specifically geared towards my goal. Coming back to school was not easy. I had so much anxiety and stress built up on scenarios that I thought would happen. I thought my age would be a huge issue. Not only do I look older than most but will I have things in common with others? To my surprise, it isn't that bad. I'm still out of my comfort zone but things are getting familiar, which is getting easier for me.
Back in 2004, I met my biological father. He was from a small town in New Mexico called Gallup. So I called up the newspaper and they put out an article of me describing my "dad" and what facts I knew of him. 2 days later, I got a call that someone reached out who believed they knew him. I was then put in contact with an Aunt and Uncle and got to speak to my dad. Months later, I went to Gallup to meet him and my siblings. I always thought I was of Mexican decent with some Native American but turns out I'm also Irish. Makes sense who I'm so light skinned. I would love to go to Ireland to seek my roots and meet any family I still have out there.
Small Facts
- I'm a quiet person. Very reserved. I don't like drawing attention to myself. So I won't speak up in class, just to avoid having all eyes on me.
- My birthday is May 28, so I'm a Gemini.
- I do speak Spanish. My mom's side of the family is from Mexico.
- I took 2 semesters of ASL in high school but forgot a lot of it. I would love to pick it up again and continue with it.
- I have a few tattoos. My first one was a stencil type flower with my kids names around it, on my calf. (hurt so much) Then I continued with them by allowing a friend of mine who was just starting out, to "practice" on me. I want to get more.
- I love going to the movies, listening to music (my favorite is oldies), hanging out with my family, BBQing, word games and reading.
I really didn't think I had much to go on about myself, but I realize I do have things to share. My life isn't as dull as I thought...hahaha.
Have a great day!!!
